Problem Statement

Design a new ecommerce website that reflects the identity of Innocleat and its niche in the market. While there are plenty of solutions available, making a platform that is user friendly, functionality & identity needs to match the innovative nature of the product.

User Research

Conducted in-depth user interviews and surveys to understand target audience better. Discovered that potential customers are interested in Innocleat but certain demographics are conservative & skeptical to try online commerce. Ease of use and faster availability of product is paramount to optimal customer experience.

Design and Redesign

Information Architecture

Structured the website's information architecture to provide users with clear, concise, and organized product information. Categorized products based on use cases and installation types.

User-Focused Content

Added engaging and informative content, including how-to guides, videos, and customer reviews to assist users in their purchase decision. Clear and concise product descriptions were also added to emphasize the benefits of Innocleat.

Streamlined Checkout Process

The checkout process was simplified, reducing the number of steps and enhancing the user's ability to review and edit their order. Introduced a guest checkout option for a quicker purchase.

Mobile Optimization

With the increasing use of mobile devices for online shopping, ensured the website is responsive and offered an optimized experience for mobile users.

User Testing

Conducted multiple rounds of usability testing with real users to identify and rectify any pain points in the redesigned website. Their feedback helped us make further improvements in the user interface and overall user experience.
